On Friday the 31st of March the entire Crest team all came together for a day of new experiences starting with a very insightful workshop with Ash and Anna from InDefence.

We then had a delicious breakfast catered by the wonderful team at Soul Origin Robina and then it was off to Pacific Fair for a special treat watching the movie Creed 3 in the amazing Gold Class cinemas.

The benefits of team building include increased communication, planning skills, employee motivation, and employee collaboration. It was a great way to that help staff to see each other in a different light allow them to connect in a different setting. The workshop covered a range of topics including understanding the different types of personalities, self defence theory and technics, and conversation management for the workplace.

Overall, it was a great day spending time together, sharing a new experience and celebrating reaching our March goals as a team.

I cannot commend Crest Advisors lending team enough. As first home owners, we found the place we wanted and knew we had to find someone to make our loan happen.
