The Gold Coast Triathlon – Luke Harrop Memorial was held on Sunday 3rd April at Mitchell Park at the Broadwater in Southport.

Congratulations to our first ever Crest Triathlon team for their amazing achievements! We are all so proud of Alicia Gaylard, Michelle Mikkelson, Paul Timms, Peter Lettice, Anita Nair-Thiele, Nicole Amaya, Dianna Doepel, Brooke Taylor, Phoenix Starr, Stephan De Villiers, Danny Ellem, and Lance Taylor.

Well done to Alicia, Phoenix and the enticer team – Dianna, Nicole and Anita who placed 3rd in their divisions!

Also we would like to thank Coach T for preparing the Crest Team as this was the first triathlon for most of the participants. It was great to learn training techniques, how to transition in a team, the dos and don’ts in Triathlon.
